Repetitive work, handed over to systems.

From the machine on the factory floor to the inbox in the office, we use software, data and AI to win back the hours a business loses every day.

Problems we hear most often

If one sounds familiar, the answer is in that section.

What we do

Services marked Pilot start with a small trial on a single line or process, and are rolled out once the results have been measured.

We build technology for measurable work, not for show.

In most businesses the costliest losses are the invisible ones: data typed in by hand, a missed deadline, a stoppage nobody can explain, the same report rebuilt every month. We find that work, measure it and hand it to a system. What you get back is time your team can spend on its real job.

An uneven, hand-drawn line that becomes a regular digital signal

How we work

  1. 01

    Listen

We see the problem on site and measure together how long each task really takes.

You get: a written note of how the job is done today, how long it takes and what a system would change.

  2. 02

    Start small

We first build a working version for a single process or line. Nothing grows before it proves its value.

You get: a working version on one process or line, with its results measured.

  3. 03

    Install and hand over

We install it in your environment, train your team and document how it works.

You get: the system running in your environment, a trained team and written documentation.

  4. 04

    Stay with you

We continue with maintenance, updates and monitoring, and extend the system as your needs grow.

You get: maintenance, updates and monitoring for a fixed monthly fee, and changes as your needs grow.

How we price

Every job is different, so we don't publish a price list. The way we build a price is always the same.

  1. A fixed-price first step

We look at the job with you, measure it and set out in writing what a system would change. The fee for this step is agreed before it starts.

  2. A one-off price for the build

The build is priced against that written scope, so you know the cost before any work begins.

  3. A monthly fee to keep it running

Hosting, updates, monitoring and support after handover, for a fixed monthly fee.

What you can count on

The same on every job, from a first step to a system that has run for years.

  • A first conversation costs nothing

The first conversation is free. We look at the job with you and say whether it is a fit before any fee is agreed.

  • A reply within one working day

Email or call, and you hear back from us within one working day.

  • Payment follows the work

Payment is staged against the written scope, and nothing is due before the scope is agreed.

  • You see the work as it is built

You see working software while it is being built, not only at the end.

  • Yours to keep

You own what we build: the code, the data and the documentation. If you ever move to someone else, we hand over everything they need to look after it.

  • Your business stays your business

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we look at your data if you ask for one, and we never name you as a client without your written permission.

  • On site when it matters

We work remotely and come on site when the job needs it, for example to see a line running or to install a system.

  • Support hours

Support runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 UK time, with cover outside those hours by arrangement.

Questions we are asked

Short answers to what comes up before a first conversation.

  1. Do we need a specification before we get in touch?

No. Describe the job in your own words: what is repeated, how often and by whom. We look at it with you, measure it and set out in writing what a system would change.

  2. How is a job priced?

In three parts. A fixed fee for the first step, agreed before it starts. A one-off price for the build, set against the written scope. And a fixed monthly fee for hosting, updates, monitoring and support after handover. There is no price list, because every job is different.

  3. What does Pilot mean on a service?

The service starts as a small trial on a single line or process. It is rolled out further only once the results have been measured.

  4. Do you work with the software we already have?

Yes. Most jobs connect the systems a business already runs, such as accounting, e-commerce, a CRM or Excel, so nothing is typed twice. Software that works but nobody dares touch can be renewed step by step, without stopping the business.

  5. What happens after the system is installed?

We install it in your environment, train your team and document how it works. Then we stay with you: maintenance, updates and monitoring, and the system is extended as your needs grow.

  6. Do you only work with manufacturers?

No. Manufacturing is one of seven areas. The others cover office work, websites and online systems, artificial intelligence, data and reporting, mobile and field teams, and infrastructure and security.

  7. What if the job is not on your list?

Tell us about it anyway. If something in your business is repeated by hand every day, it can very likely be handed to a system, and we will say plainly whether it is a fit and how long it would take.

  8. How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day. Email hello@vegasoft.co.uk or call +44 7767 080863.

  9. Who owns what you build?

You do: the code, the data and the documentation. If you ever move to someone else, we hand over everything they need to look after it.

  10. Do you come on site?

Yes, when the job needs it, for example to see a line running or to install a system. The rest of the work is done remotely.

Tell us about the job.

If something in your business is repeated by hand every day, it can very likely be handed to a system. Tell us about it and we'll say plainly whether it's a fit and how long it would take. Needs not listed here are welcome too.

Email or call, and you hear back from us within one working day.

It helps to know what is repeated, how often, who does it, and which programs or machines are involved. A rough note is enough. You do not need a specification.
